Flood basement in West Allis, Wi

This basement had a lot of standing water when we arrived on site.   The homeowner called both SERVPRO of Southeast Milwaukee County and a plumber at the same time.   SERVPRO arrived first.

While we waited for the plumber, we began removing all the affected contents and preparing the area for remediation.  Once the plumber arrived and took care of the blockage, we were able to get to work on cleaning and sanitizing the structure.

The job from start to finish took three days.  The homeowner was expecting a far more difficult and lengthy process and was pleasantly surprised with the result.
