Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) not-for profit Wisconsin corporation which owns and operates Summerfest, "the World's Largest Music Festival" and develops and manages Henry Maier Festival Park in Milwaukee.   On June 16, 2017, we experienced a fire in the lower level of our Amphitheater (capacity 23,000).  The affected areas were significant in scope:  the Mezzanine level with two restaurants, a concession stand, hallway, stairwell and restrooms; the Ground Level with a Security Break room, restrooms, hallways, storage room, maintenance supply room, first aid room, security room and other areas.  With Summerfest beginning on June 28th, it was imperative that the fire affected areas be cleaned and repaired to ready on opening night.

We have used SERVPRO of Southeast Milwaukee County in the past for water and mold restoration services and have never been disappointed, so we contacted them for assistance.

The SERVPRO Large Loss Response Team, of SERVPRO of Southeast Milwaukee County, met and exceeded our expectations in providing clean-up services at the Amphitheater.  Specifically they were charged with:  Prioritizing and completing clean-up in order to keep other trades working on necessary repairs - all trades were able to complete their work in a timely fashion.  Cleaning to our specification and meeting or exceeding Health department standards.  Completing all work in a cost effective manner under a tight deadline- contractually agreed to completion no later than June 26, 2017 at 12:00 pm.  Actual completion on Saturday, June 25, 2017 with a final walk-thru performed on Monday, June 26, 2017.

Communications and daily reports were very helpful, and the quality of work performed was outstanding. 

For small, medium or large commercial restoration challenges, we recommend SERVPRO.

So why SERVPRO? SERVPRO of South Milwaukee did an outstanding job for me.  They responded quickly and the staff was friendly and professional.  If I ever have another emergency, I would definitely use this SERVPRO again.  Thank you for making an unpleasant experience so much easier to handle.

The apartment above me had a broken pipe which leaked into my apartment. It was 6pm on Friday night and I was asked to completely move out for one week so that repairs could be made; yikes! My insurance company said, "Call SERVPRO of Southeast Milwaukee County", they'll be able to help you. They arrived in Kenosha at my apartment within the hour and had the entire apartment cleared by 10pm. Cleaned and returned everything on time. They even set-up my cable for me.
